› Diversity and Access Coordinator

The position of Diversity and Access Coordinator is a new role designed to address Adelaide Fringe’s increasing commitment to diversifying organisational practice. The role comprises a vital component in an agile development team, building and implementing Adelaide Fringe’s strategies and practices around inclusion, working alongside members of the Artists, Venues and Events team and Ticketing department.

› Production Coordinator – Fringe Club

Under the direction of the Head of Production, the Production Coordinator - Fringe Club will contribute to the broad planning, management and coordination of the Fringe Club production components for Adelaide Fringe 2019.

The Fringe Club Production Coordinator is expected to project manage all Fringe Club logistics; bump-in and bump out, technical production aspects and daily event logistics. The Fringe Club Production Coordinator is expected to display strong leadership competencies within the team landscape and excellent collaborative skills. This key role will work collaboratively as part of a small team to deliver the Fringe Club, its commitment to Artist and Venue Services (FringeWORKS), Industry and Marketplace Events (Honeypot), Business Development (hospitality events), nightly programming and other one-off events.

› Production Coordinator – FringeTIX and Fringe on Tour

Under the direction of the Head of Production, the Production Coordinator will assist in the broad planning, management and coordination of Fringe temporary Box Office Facilities including vibrant hubs at Fringe Corner Rundle Rd/East Tce and in Rundle Mall; managing their installation, de-installation and day to day operations for Adelaide Fringe 2019. The role will also offer production support for the pre-planning and execution of a number of small touring events (Fringe on Tour). This role requires well developed planning, execution and monitoring competencies alongside strong technical team leadership skills.

› Production Coordinator – FringeTIX Self Collects

Under the direction of the Head of Production and in collaboration with the Ticketing and IT teams, the Production Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day running of all Fringe self-collect ticketing solutions across the CBD and suburbs of Adelaide and facilitate on-the-ground production support for a small number of umbrella touring events (Fringe on Tour). The Coordinator will be on-call to assist with Self-collect ticketing shortage and outage solutions, the role requires well developed planning and monitoring competencies, technical proficiency and great interpersonal skills.

› Production Coordinator - Warehouse

The role of the Production Coordinator - Warehouse exists to oversee Adelaide Fringe warehouse activity, the coming and going of all stock and infrastructure and general upkeep of the facility. The Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of the building, cleaning, adapting to changing storage requirements, repairs, stock maintenance etc. This is a responsive, participatory role encompassing a wide variety of tasks to keep astride of all infrastructure related issues as they arise. The Coordinator will assure WH&S compliance and adhere to Adelaide Fringe policies and operational procedures, including, but is not limited to a trained fire warden and first aider present on-site at all times in the Fringe workshop; sign in and out of volunteers and visitors, site inductions and requests from Adelaide Fringe staff regarding storage, deliveries, pick-ups and usage of equipment, reporting regularly to Head of Production to keep the warehouse running at peak productivity and safety.
